If you have found this website then I am sure you know that I just love the game of golf. I started out when I was only 4 years old and I have played ever since. I suppose it must have been inside me as I have 2 brothers who show no interest in the game. I spend a lot of my free time working on my golf swing with my golf simulator. If you want to find out more about that then you can read this Review which goes over all the details. I just came back and added this video which I think will be beneficial to any golfers that may be reading this. I also like to eat out and my handy Horsforth Guide for Restaurants is a good place to start. Another comparative resource called rhinalnesc is also worth looking at.
Golf is one of the purest games out there. It is challenging, can never be conquered and is enjoyed by so many that you will never have any trouble finding an opponent. If I didn’t have to work and look after a family I could quite easily spend most of my life out there running around the golf course!
When I am not playing or practicing I do try and spend time with the family and in that instance we like to travel around. As I live in central Europe there is plenty of awesome destinations to visit and I have a love for the mountains especially. You just cannot beat a day in the Swiss alps – fresh air and endless walks. Just look at this scenery and tell me you wouldn’t want to spend some time there.
To be honest I could spend the rest of my life here – leave the hustle and bustle of the city and live a quiet simple life (with some golf mixed in of course :-))
Teaching the kids to fish has been a recent project – I am not sure how many of you out there have every tried this – but – it is a mammoth task. Two children with all their rods and gear, there is a lot that can go wrong! At the end of the day we have a blast though and the whole family is looking forward to the next trip. I will try and put up some pics next time I post – it is really funny!
I think I will stop here – before I bore everyone to death and hopefully I will be back soon with some interesting tales from the golf course.
